Modularization and non-soldering structure
SBM adopt unique modularization and non-soldering structures, with two hot rolled steel side boards tightly connect with high quality cast steel frame by fine machined bolts, to make sure the durability of the jaw crusher against shock.
Wearing well pitman assembly
The pitman of the jaw crusher is made up of sterling cast steel, and is driven by two large cast steel or iron flywheels. A heavy eccentric forging shaft and four heavy same sizes ball roller bearing ensures transcendental reliability of the crusher even under the most awful crushing condition. Labyrinth seal is used to avoid pollution for grease lubrication.
One-piece cast steel bearing box
The one piece cast steel bearing box make sure the excellent suit for the crusher frame, it also avoids the needless loading to the bearing frame, which is inevitable for 2-pieces bearing housing structures.

The Working Principle
This jaw crusher uses motor as its power.Through the motor's wheels,the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track.Therefore, hte materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate,movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
