The Working Principle

Enter into the hopper and fall down through the annular hole, the materials are divided into two parts by the bulk disk. One part enters into the high speed revolving impeller through the separator, the other fall freely around the separator. The materials in the impeller accelerate rapidly and are casted at high speed. Firstly, the materials impact and crush with the other materials fallen around the separator, and then impacted together to the materials liner of the vortex cavity. Rebounded by the materials liner, the materials reach the top of the vortex chamber, and deflect downward, form a successive material screen with the materials which are shot from the impeller. In the end the materials are discharged from the lower discharge port.
