Vibrating Screen
Considering of complete equipment of crushing and screening, SBM machinery has been specially designed and manufactured three kinds of vibrating screen: circular vibrating screen, line vibrating screen, ellipse vibrating screen, which are suitable for various applications in construction, mining, transportation, coal, power, chemical industry, etc.
Features of the structure of vibrating screen
- Ring-shaped rivet connection, advanced structure, good rigidity and good durability.
- Flexible connection by tyre coupling, stable operation.
- The screen beam and box are connected by high strength bolts. Simple structure and easy maintenance.
- The vibrating screen features advanced structure, it uses eccentric block as exciting force with the features of strong exciting force, low power consumption and low noise.
- Structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large slope angle to optimize the screening efficiency and process capacity.
- Vibrator applies large clearance bearing and grease lubrication, has the benefits of low noise and long life. The components have strong commonality. It is to maintain the screen.
Equipment structures of Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen is heavy sloping screen and widely applied in various continuously production condition after coarse crushing. The vibrating screen is designed in high strength riveting bolt structure to eliminate stress point and boost overall performance. It also has the benefits of rugged vibrating structure, anti-spatter high sideboard and wear- resistance. Both punching steel sieve plate and rubber sieve plate can be installed on the upper bracket of the screen and fixed by bolts.
The vibrating screen applies grease lubrication vibration exciter and rolling eccentric shaft equipped with external balancing weight, it works in circling screening. It can be equipped with one layer, two layers or three layers of screen mesh according to different specification. There are also other optional components for the screen including dustproof sealed cover, rubber liner plate, watering sprinkler, standard sieve plate and other components.
The screen meshes are main expandable parts. According to different materials and user's requirements, we could adopt high manganese steel screen mesh, punching sieve plate or rubber sieve plate. There is one layer and two layers sieves, all the screen plates can meet the requirements of high screen efficiency, long service life and no plug up.
Circular vibrating screen consists of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and under frame. It adopts cylinder eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is installed on the sideboard of the screen box, and driven by the motor through belts. It generates centrifugal inertial force to make the screen box vibrates. The sideboard of the screen is made of high quality steel. The sideboard beam and vibration exciter are connected by high strength bolt or ring-shaped rivet.
