Discharge opening control device of tracked mobile crusher

The mobile crusher can be equipped with new type discharge opening control device, which is very flexible and easy to operate. The new device has many unique benefits. If there are some foreign materials of oversize materials, the discharge opening can be adjusted and release to open the crushing chamber automatically. This original protection system greatly improves the crusher's applications, especially application in recycling of construction waste.

The discharging control system consists of three hydraulic cylinders and an ultrasonic transducer fixed on the rear of the crusher. When some material can't be crushed such as iron enters into the crushing chamber and causes high pressure, the safety valve will start up to discharge the hydraulic oil and release the crushing chamber and discharging the uncrushed materials. Then the hydraulic cylinders and ultrasonic transducer return to the original condition.
