Reliability service vertical mill
The vertical mill comes with automatic remote control system. By inspecting oil cylinder, turning the moving arm, it is easy and convenient to replace roller and liner plate, avoiding the loss because of shut down. High performance vertical mill
The materials directly contact with the hot air inside the mill, it has the benefits of high dryer performance and energy saving. Through temperature control, different humidity materials could be dried effectively. Final materials are discharged promptly avoiding regrinding, it is convenient to control the final product size and inspect chemical analysis, and its quality is more stable. There is an avoiding direct contact device on the roller and liner to prevent devastating attack and strenuous vibration.

Mono-pulse dust catcher, open system of vertical mill
Raw materials are conveyed into the raw material storage by bucket elevator, after weighing, de-ironing, are conveyed by belt conveyor to air-lock feeder, insuring the raw material conveyed into the mill without air included. The final products are collected by a mono-pulse catcher, and then conveyed into the final product bin by the screw feeder. The damp particles are dried by the dryer. All the processes are finished with minimum plants to save energy and production cost.
Cyclone and pulse precipitator, closed-circuit system of vertical mill
This system adopts a set of screw cyclone precipitator to collect final particles. Part of the gases from the draft fan enters into the mill for recycled use, which minimize the work load of the system. Pulse precipitator can be used as final precipitator.

The final products are conveyed into the final particles storage by pneumatic conveyor, meanwhile, most of the gases from the draft fan enter into the mill for recycled use.
The Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding table through decelerator. Materials collapse the center of grinding table from feed opening. At the same time, hot air makes the mill in the air inlet. As a result of centrifugal force, materials go on to the advantage from the grinding table. The materials are pulverized from the roller when by pass of the groove about the grinding table. The crushed materials are brought up by vane high-speed airstream, the more expensive particles collapse to the grinding table for regrinding. Once the materials in the airstream pass the separator on the top of the mill , the coarse powder collapse the grinding table for regrinding under the function of rotation rotor. The fine powder happens with the airstream , and it is gathered by the dust catcher. The materials pleased with moisture will be dried once they satisfy the hot airstream. Through adjusting the temperature with the hot airstream, it could meet different material’s requirement, and also through adjusting separator , it may reach proper fineness of materials.
